Creating significant business and market momentum by injecting financial and human capital into intrinsically valuable but under-performing trading companies and, having added this value, exiting after around 2 - 3 years of involvement.

Therefore, we are not long-term investors, rather acting as a reagent within the business. We believe that in order to do what we set out to do, we require management control of the business. We understand that on face value this often brings our objectives in conflict with that of the founders or management of a business, something which we have developed experience in resolving. Only through such control can we minimise investment risk and ascertain, on behalf of our investors, that our methodology, our investment and business milestones, and ultimately, our medium term exit strategy, can be achieved. We are not ‘asset-strippers’ or ‘venture vultures’, rather entrepreneur investors, with a deep interest in rapidly unlocking the value within and creating new value through the adoption of our Methodology.
