biography

Martyn started making an additional income buying and selling property while still a Law student. After Law School he learnt the commercial property business with a London firm of Chartered Surveyors Edward Erdman before moving on to European Ferries Plc and Glenmore Developments. Following this learning period he formed his own property investment company, The Medran Group, which has developed owned and participated in £500 million of UK based transactions over the past 25 years.

At Momentum Capital Martyn focuses on investment and development opportunities in commercial property.
