biography

After university studies and postgraduate doctoral work at University of California, Warton, and UU, Per joined APB in Brussels in 1986 working with a range of European financial institutions and blue chip companies conducting profitability analyses and implementing investment solutions. In 1988 Per went on to become a licensed stockbroker and later a money market director for PK Bank (subsequently Nordea) in Stockholm.

In 1990 Per co-founded and was a partner of SMS, a Scandinavian and UK based management advisory firm specialising in corporate restructurings. The company was successfully sold in 1993 and Per reassumed his investment work with amongst others Morgan Stanley and Bank of America.

In 1997, as Managing Director of Telia (Finance) Ltd., London, UK, Per became operationally responsible for developing activities in the UK, Europe and US markets and built a $1 billion+ infrastructure asset portfolio as well as establishing and incorporating organizational subsidiaries/offices in Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, France and UK.

In 2000 Per co-founded UK based streaming video service provider Yes Television and acted as CEO and President of Yes Television Inc. in Los Angeles, USA, responsible for the development of the US regional and vertical markets, studio relations, and participating in establishing corporate activities in Scandinavia, France, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Australia. Per was responsible for and completed fundraisings in excess of $250 million and successfully divested the US regional business in 2003.

In 2001 Per was a founding shareholder in Carlsdorff Partners, a Zurich-based corporate finance and asset/wealth management advisory. And, in addition to his role at momentum capital, Per currently manages investment and asset advisory work through his participation in Phace Holdings Ltd. – a Hong Kong centric family office/partnership investment vehicle.
