biography

Daniel began his career as a painter, exploring, interpreting and communicating through images. Committed to delivering change, he founded a charitable organization to improve his local community, delivering over £.5M of improvements. Wanting a transition to the accountability, dynamism and reward of the private sector he completed an MBA at Cranfield School of Management, where he won the MacFarlane Leadership Prize.

Daniel is a management consultant with extensive project management experience. He excels at rapidly creating productive working relationship and delivering change to defined targets. This combination of abilities has allowed Daniel to generate and deliver multimillion pound six-sigma and Lean process reengineering change projects over a number of sectors from pharmaceuticals, the extractive industries, technology, insurance, local and central government and financial services. Daniel graduated from small boutique process design and change management consulting, progressed through Accenture, adding the intense focus on simplification, planning and delivery. Before starting as a consultant Daniel was an operations manager, managing larger teams and multimillion pound operations budgets in the outsourcing industry.
