biography

Per worked as a management consultant for Bain & Co on European financial institutions and blue chip companies. His financial work led him to become a stockbroker at the Stockholm Stock Exchange and later a money market broker at PK Bank in Stockholm. In 1990 Per co-founded SMS, a management and investment advisory specialising in corporate restructuring of primarily European blue chip and financial services companies. In 1994 he joined Telia Finance’s international business development where his responsibilities included creating, developing and implementing international fixed asset/corporate finance portfolios for structuring investments in telecommunications infrastructure. In 1997 Per became Managing Director of Telia Finance, London UK operationally responsible for developing business activities in the UK and US markets. Prior to joining Momentum Capital Per worked for video broadband provider Yes Television as President of Yes Television Inc. in Los Angeles, USA responsible for the development of the US market and in establishing corporate activities and subsidiary offices in Scandinavia, Thailand, Hong Kong, France, Korea, Philippines, Singapore and Australia.

Per has been part of the Momentum Capital team since 2004. In addition to his venturing activities with Momentum Capital he runs Phace Holdings, an Asia focus wealth advisory and management firm and is a Director at Alyco Advisory Asia Limited.

Per speaks Swedish and Norwegian.
