biography

Martyn started making additional income buying and selling property while still a Law student. After Law School he learnt the commercial property business with London firm of Chartered Surveyors Edward Erdman before moving on to European Ferries Plc and Glenmore Developments. In 1986 he formed his own property investment company, The Medran Group, which has developed, owned and participated in £500 million of UK based transactions over the past 25 years.

At Momentum Capital Martyn focuses on investment and development opportunities in commercial property and advisory work.

Outside Momentum Capital, Martyn is a keen horseman, tennis player and is known to enjoy the odd game of golf. He is also a lover of good cuisine and fine wines.
